Janet, I was just as frustrated as you, so I'm not criticizing anyone reporting the problem. I wrote in because I thought it might help everyone who is now experiencing problems to know that the Hatched people do have a way to get around the problem but that it takes time since it isn't automated and there needs to be a real person available. It sounds like it's a busy time for the family.
You stand out in this great group as someone who is always kind and gives praise for a job well done to everyone. :)
