[HatchedDesignForum] frustration!!

 

I finally figured out how to navigate the new site and ordered the owl. Everything went smoothly until I tried to download and it just wouldn't download. Help!! What am I doing wrong??

Love the owl but honestly don't want to go through this every time a new one is released.
