It's pretty much all over the road, and depends on your experience and skill set. Just figure out what you need to make a profit and you are set. I will try to find articles about how to determine your fees; there are quite a few out there. You could also visit some web design sites and see what others are charging; some list hourly rates (we do have hourly rates for different tasks such as SEO/SEM, graphic design, complex programming, web development, and copywriting/proofreading). Don't go to happycog.com. It will just make you sick. Their work starts at $100,000. No, that was NOT a typo!
