[Finding_Designs] ISO conversion Charts or help

 

Hi all. I have 2 designs that I have to stitch out and need conversion charts or help with the conversion. I use Marathon thread and these are done in Maderia, Sulky and Isacord. If anyone knows where I can find help PLEASE.
