This is just a reminder that we lose our Hotel Room Block on April 5th. In order to obtain a room, you need to fill in and mail the Hotel Reservation Form that you receive as soon as you register for the Conference. They told me, at a meeting today, that they have another large group waiting to pick up the rest of the rooms that we have not reserved by that time. I am concerned about this as we can usually get an extension. Not so this time.
I urge you that, if you are going to register for the Conference, you do so right away so that you will be able to get a hotel room for it. Otherwise you may have to go to a different hotel, which would not offer you free breakfast, etc., and where you would have to arrange transportation to get to and from the Conference venue.
Please don't get caught being late.
