[web-design] Web site disclaimer question

 

Hello:

I am planning to start a web site for emailing service (free email message).
I believe I have to include a disclaimer on the web site.

Can I just download and use some of the sample disclaimers from the internet?
Must I consult a lawyer for legal advice regarding disclaimer?
