I believe they were referring to toys and teddy bears...not the snowflakes.   In the past 3 days I have received emails from 6 different organizations and sewing/embroidery merchants who are supporting the snowflake project.   Emblibrary.com has a free snowflake in their free design section...just download it.    Even the school where my daughter teaches sent out a special request for families to make snowflakes over the holiday and bring them to school when they return from vacation on the 7th.    Sooo...send, send, send...each one is sure to be appreciated.
