[HatchedDesignForum] Springtime Flower Girl baby quilt

 

Greetings to all on this rainy Labor Day!

If I can figure out how to post photos will show what I've been laboring over for the past few weeks. A dear friend's grand daughter just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. I have had the Springtime Flower Girl designs since HIA Va a few yrs ago, but haven't had the chance to use them 'til now. I used the left over scraps from the FairyLand quilt to make a crib quilt for this new baby. I have erased the name for the child's privacy so that is embroidered under the brown area. The photos are not as clear as they usually are; sorry, gave the quilt to mother yesterday before checking the pictures. The designs turned out beautifully as usual. I just appliqued designs... no velvet work. Thanks Santi and team for all the wonderful designs you create, Sue Long in N.C.
