RE: [HatchedDesignForum] where can I find Mylar

I'm curious about this. Using Mylar in embroidery is a fairly new process.
Surely someone somewhere came up with this by using something they had
laying around for crafts. What is the difference in different mylars. If
it is not from this source, Heirlooms by Sharon, what would one look for in
determining that it is suitable for embroidery, washable or not?

Hi Jackie,
Buy your mylar from www.heirloomsbysharon.com
Don't use the dollar store stuff if you if you
are going to be washing it.
I hope this helps.
