[web-design] Internet Explorer issues – HTML?

After a good two years of having no issues whatsoever with a particular site I update on a regular basis, suddenly every single dash/hyphen on a certain pages is coming across as Greek symbols…and only in various versions of IE, not any other browser I've tested in. Following is the HTML:

I've copied it by using the "view source" option. The symbols appear in the HTML **only** in IE. When I view source on other browsers, everything appears fine. (Site originally created in Dreamweaver.)

Any ideas? Appreciate any thoughts.
