[web-design] Conversion from Windows to HTML

 

I am new to webpage-building. I have a ton of data that I need to convert from the standard Windows Vista (*.wps) program to a stable HTML configuration. Every time I try and use the Windows version I have to reformat all the data and I get a full space in between the lines. This is a non-starter. Is there a program that I can use a copy and paste?
