Since your document type is XHTML 1.0, you may have been hit with no closing
tag for:
<p><strong>Sorry Sold out Check back in August 2012</strong>
You have two start comment tags (<!--) which have been flagged.
I would use an unordered list for those using paragraph tags. They seem more
conducive to a list.
