[HatchedDesignForum] Credit Card verses Pay Pal

 

A friend of mine purchased designs through Hatched and used Pay Pal another friend used Credit Card. The one with Pay Pal didn't have an extra charge on it but the Credit Card did. I am assuming this is the money exchange from Africa to USA with the Credit Card but why is it not with Pay Pal? Is this correct?
