[HatchedDesignForum] Re: Why Can't I Purchase????

 

Last week I had the same problem and I wrote to the contact email on the new site about the problem. Eventually one of the people (Johan?) manually registered me and activated the account and later Cara did the same. So assuming it is the same problem, I would suggest those having problems send the email from the new site contact and then wait for a return email. You know this family is wonderful and will make sure you get set up as soon as someone can get to it.
