[web-design] Building A GUI With a screen reader

 

HI.
are there any accessible tools for building a graphical user interface
(gui) in windows 7 professional 32 bit.
just asking.
and that will work with jaws.
i need to do a subject where i need to build a gui.
so waiting for the details to come to me via my lecturer today.
if dreamweaver can build that, fine, if not, then what?
