I do not have that sewing machine. I have a Pfaff Sensation, but I believe your problem is that your machine is not threaded right. Look in your manual and follow the picture . If a machine is not threaded perfectly you will have thread breakage and nesting. If is even slightly of. Hope this helps.

I recently purchased the Brother Quattro 6000D sewing machine. Does anyone own one and can tell me what size needles they use both for the regular sewing machine mode and the embroidery mode? I am having trouble with upper thread breakage and nesting no matter what I try. This happens with both regular and embroidery mode sewing.
