Looks like your site has been hijacked, probably by some phishing pholks
considering the postinfo.html file. Your hacker seems to have set the file
permissions so that the site owner can't delete the files.

However, this is easily corrected with the CHMOD instruction from WSFTP.
Set the file permissions for the OWNER to read and write, and for GROUP and
WORLD to nothing. You should be able to delete both files now.
