I used metallic silver and gold thread. I put silk dupioni behind the cutwork. I added a pocket on each side panel of the purse and closed with Velcro. The pictures do not do the embroidery work justice with the metallic thread. I just love the way it turned out. But working with the faux leather was not fun. One Christmas gift done.
