I just uploaded my entry into the "Tis the Season Challenge. I made a table runner using HIA Jacobean Jewels 1013 and Paisley Flair e1024 combined. I made them on Origami folded squares and combined them with the other fabrics. My Decor items are Hot Plate mats (which can be hung on the wall for decoration)using Jacobean Jewels 1011. I used this to make into a Blue Jay that reminded me of a beautiful one I saw last week. I removed the flowers from the branch and added in Jacobean Jewels 1014 to complement the runner. I used one layer of batting and one layer of Insulbrite and added praire points around the edges.
Thank you to HIA and AS for the great challenge contests this year. I have had so much fun trying new designs and being challenged to branch out with materials and items I might have just kept putting off to try. Thanks for the wonderful gifts for entering, too!
