Re: [HatchedDesignForum] Question on Stabilizer for a Project

I'm going to embroider on a Martha Pullen receiving blanket which is 2 layers of cotton knit. I want to use one the HIA Baby Heirloom designs, about 7800 stitches. What's the best stabilizer to use that won't show but will support the stitches so that the design won't pucker or pull? How many layers of stabilizer? I want it to be soft when it's finished.
