All of the bags have been wonderful and I have thought and thought of what to
make. I came up with one idea and realized that it wasn't "Me" and I would not
use it. So I thought some more about it and decided to make a market tote bag
for the grocery. I have several purchased bags I use when going to the grocery
or health food store.
I used a green gingham home dec fabric and made my bag based a purchased bag.
The bottom of the bag has a firm bottom and I used tan webbing for the handles.
The designs I used are from the Fruit and Veg Applique set from Allsorts. I
used a variety of fabrics - satin, cotton, glitter organza, glitter tulle over
satin, glitter tulle over cotton, sparkle fabric in various colors. I love my
"elegant market bag" and will use it on a regular basis.
Thank you for the opportunity to enter this challenge. It is my first time.
