[HatchedDesignForum] Re: Silk Flowers

 

Love the embroidery with the silk flowers - will these wash? Or is it
something you would use for an item not intended to visit the laundry?

I would think that the designs would best be used with silk flowers on pins, such as were made by Jeannie Miller at the AEC in her 3 D Embroidery Magic class. That way you could just unpin and remove before washing, keeping the flowers fresh. The idea and what has been done with these designs is brilliant. Just love them. Will be showing them around at my dealer's birthday party today, since most of the people there have taken Jeannie's class. These are perfect.
