OK. Steve nailed it. Thought you were using a "mailto" which is why I sent

It's because you are relying on the "mailto" capability to send email.
Mailto will attempt to open up the client's main program (ie: Outlook,
Eudora, Mac Mail, whatever). The issue comes with users who no longer use
desktop-based mail applications (like me). More and more people are using
GMail and other web-based email solutions. Never rely on the user's
desktop environment for any kind of functionality aside from, of course,
the browser itself.
You'll need a feedback form on your page that has the capability of
allowing users to enter information and submit it to you. Check with your
web host for what they support in this regard.
