There is also a recipe for gingerbread cookies in the Winter Recipes design set that I used for my towels. I think it would be adorable to stitch that out on to nice linen, maybe pink the edges to give it a little bit of pizzazz and also to keep them from raveling, and then put it in the plastic "window" that comes on the front of binders. Another idea would be to do a rolled hem if you have a serger using thread that matches one of the colors in the design. Scalloped edges would be another cute look.
