Sorry, Johan, I have done all this and more, and still cant get onto the
site. I have asked a friend , who is much more computer literate, than I,
and who can usually solve all my problems, but he cant get in either. Is it
Australian cyber space ????I have emptied my cache, tried firefox, and my
friend has 4 other browsers, but we still get the 403 forbidden access is
denied message. As we are at this busy time of the year, I haven't contacted
any of my embroidery friends to see if they can get in, but I will shortly.
I am using Window's 7 and usually internet explorer, but tried Google,
Google Chrome, firefox, and cant remember what else.

Few days ago we bought a new server. This new server has a new IP address.
Your browser probably has the old IP cached.
To resolve this please do following:
Click Start and type cmd in the search field.
Press Enter
A black window comes up.
In the black window enter following next to the C: prompt:
ping hatchedinafrica.com
press Enter.
A list with IPs comes up. The IP should show 198.24.129.195
If it returns 206.217.140.203 do the following
In the black window enter following next to the C: prompt:
ipconfig /flushdns
press Enter
This clears your local DNS cache.
This will resolve your issue.
