yes i too got ther jkl several times - so have missed the mno - ... will have to see what happens with future downloads and try to rectify sooner rather than later. it is a lovely alpha - now i have to find another alpha for g/daughter - she is a m.. oh well... back to the drawing board... technology... as they say when it works it is wonderful - when it doesnt ... well....

Up beside your address bar is a small round cirlce with an arrow on the end TThis is a refresh symbol. You need to refresh your page then you will have the updated alphabet on your computer. So click on this symbol and it reloads the page to the current one. This is a matter of learning curves on a computer and nothing to do with a web site.
