I had the same issue. Went and used my laptop and got right in.
Something is blockign the login. Do you have an alternate machine or ipad you can try?

Anybody else having trouble logging in to the HIA site? I'm using the link below, get to the page, and use my email address and password, and I can't get in. HIA sent me a password reminder, and it's the same one I've been using. I've tried about a half dozen times and can't get in. Strange.
