it will not take my pass word either. Hatched confirmed that I have the
right pass word but it still says that the pass word is wrong. I have had
so many problems with the new web site. It is probably that I am not using
it right.

Anybody else having trouble logging in to the HIA site? I'm using the link
below, get to the page, and use my email address and password, and I can't
get in. HIA sent me a password reminder, and it's the same one I've been
using. I've tried about a half dozen times and can't get in. Strange.
