I can totally understand the frustration of trying to get the free letters. I have also missed 3 of the letters, although, I was diligently watching for the announcement. I also made a purchase so that I could get the lower case letters. Now that we are near the end, if we have missed out on the letters, we have to purchase the whole set. Perhaps if the letters were made available to purchase in the same increments as they were made available, it would make more sense. Then we could purchase the missing letters and not feel we have wasted a lot of time and ended up with an incomplete alphabet. I already have plenty of those on my computer. LOL
We realize these are free gifts and we aren't suppose to complain but I think there has also been a lot of problems other than an individual's personal computer issue. I have been a fan of Hatched for years and I know Santi would not have wanted this situation. This is suppose to be fun! We are freely given so much by this group, and there's always the wonderful sale each year. I think we can all survive this little bump in the road, and be thankful for what we have been given.
