This group has many talented craftspeople who inspire us with their output, and while I understand the frustration that can come from missing a free gift - whether from oversight or computer issues - the bottom line is, that these problems are not Hatched responsibilities.
If you are having a computer issue then ask for help - from someone on the group, or email the the HIA team and ask them to check if there is an incompatibility issue. With the sale on, it could be that demand is causing some computer issues on the server.
In all this, we need to remember that Santi and her team are not obligated to give us anything. The message was clear - WE were responsible for accessing the free gifts. As Martha pointed out, the idea is to visit the website to see what is new. However, If we keep on complaining about missing free gifts, then it sure will put Hatched off giving us anything at all in the future.
Please folk, be as gracious to Hatched as that team is to us - all the time.
Now, can we please move on to more positive discussion - as to what people are giving/making for Christmas gifts this year. There are only so many sets of towels and lace ornaments that one can give family, so I am on the look out for new ideas.
