[HatchedDesignForum] IMPORTANT: Mastercard Transactions

 

Hi Everyone

We would like to just make an announcement about the mastercard transactions on the website when paying through 2checkout. This is an email that we have received from 2checkout:

We are currently experiencing an issue of increased number of Mastercard declines; it is the most critical thing that we are working on right now and are doing everything we can to find a solution. Unfortunately, because of the complexity involved, we cannot commit to when it will be resolved.
Please keep in mind that your buyers are still able to pay with Mastercard when they use the PayPal payment option or can use one of our other 7 payment methods.

So unfortunately this is out of our hands and there is not anything we can do about it until 2checkout gets the problem resolved. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Please remember that you can also use paypal to checkout. You do not need to have a paypal account to do this. Once you have clicked on checkout with paypal you will see the paypal page open. On their page just below the login block will be a link that says 'Don't have a paypal account?' Click on this and you will be able to pay using your mastercard.
