[web-design] JAVA and HTM?

 

I want to place a box on my site. With-in this box I want to write something. But I want it to be different everyday, and repete after 7 days. I don't know anything about JAVA, except I think it take a script to work a box like I want. Can someone Please help me? Thank You.
