I started to create this frame layout for but it does not work. Is my syntax
wrong? I created it word for word from 3w school, but nothing.

<!DOCTYPE HTML>

<html>
<body>
<frameset cols="50%, *">
<frame src="index.html">
<frame src="SSEgolf2.html">
</frameset>
</body>
</html>
