I  should  add  that  I  am  using  Windows  7  Ultimate    32  bit  with  a  Lenovo  Thinkpad   T60.  My  FTP  Program  is  CuteFTP 8  Home.  The  website  that  has  the  problem  is  http://tallny.org

I  tried  to  put  up  new  graphics  using  Ifranview.  Page  not  found.    I  email  the  anchor  tag and  the  photos  appeared.  I  delete   the  Ifranview  folder  and  anchor  tag.  The  anchor  tag  description  still  remains  on  the  website.  The  organization  president  has  the  server  user  id  and  password.  

Is  this  a  server  problem,  ISP  problem,  search  engine  problem?
