I started using Google chrome and the same thing happened to me...first the
yellow security message at the top..
And it also does not allow me to choose an option where to save the file
to.
A download appears on the bottom left of the screen and it goes to the
downloads folder in my documents..

So guess what? I removed google chrome..It drove me nuts!
