I found everything I need to use by using a good search engine. Just use the best terms and hit search. Then you can filter out the sites that you need for your purpose.

Here are a couple of the sites I like. There are many more and they change periodically. I think a good search engine is your best bet.

A couple I go to a lot are

http://www.cssdrive.com/
http://www.maxdesign.com.au/articles/css-layouts/
