Went to one a couple of years ago. It was a bit sad. The rep didn't have a
clue what she was talking about. I asked a couple of questions. I really
wanted to know the answer so I ended up writing to the company - good
response. The room was way over crowded - but that wasn't the fault of the
floriani rep. Also, she tried to "sell" the software but didn't know much
about it. I think she was very new and was given a quick demo to give and
wasn't prepared for questions. She had never heard of Embird. This was
only 2 years ago.
If the rep is knowledgeable and experienced it could be very informative.

Speaking of Florioni...I am going to Mesa this morning for a seminar with
them. Have any of you ever been to one of these seminars? This will be my
