Leise, Thank you for your email. I have had no problems since signing up right at the beginning. I ticked the remember me box and I don't have to remember anything!. The new site is great and I particularly appreciate the list of purchased designs. I was always buying designs and then finding I already had them.
I keep all my receipts in a special folder on my computer and I was able to let Marie know the receipt number and the designs I had previously purchased and she very graciously allowed me to select some others in lieu. Another site I purchase from already has this facility and if you order designs already in your collection when you got to the purchase page it directs you to your previous purchases. Is this facility available on your site?
I think the designs from both your sites are the best ones I have and use them most.
